The short version
We collect what we need to answer you and to run your PR program, we protect it, we do not sell it, and you can ask us for a copy or for deletion at any time. This policy covers pairpr.ai and PAiR's services and platform. Our self-service product, PAiR for People down, has its own policy shown inside that product.
Visiting this website
Reading these pages requires no account and sets no advertising trackers. Our servers keep standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and debugging. If you submit the demo form, we receive the details you type (your name, work email, business name, what you are interested in and your message) and we use them for exactly one thing: responding to you.
Working with PAiR
Account information. Names, work email addresses, and securely hashed passwords for your authorized users. We never store passwords in readable form.
Your program. What your company does, positioning, spokespeople, target outlets, and the rules you set. Our software also reads publicly available web pages to build and refresh that picture. We collect only what is public. We never ask for, store or use your passwords to other services.
Your work in the platform. Drafts, edits, approvals, and decisions. Every decision carries a named approver. That trail is a feature, and it is your record. What the system learns from your account's edits serves your account.
Payment. Handled by Stripe. Card and bank numbers never touch our servers; we store only what Stripe gives us to display and your billing status.
How we use it
To run your program: finding opportunities, drafting in your voice, tracking coverage, measuring your visibility in AI answers, and sending you the updates you asked for. We use aggregate, de-identified information to improve the service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your private data to train models for other customers.
Who touches your data
A small set of providers, each receiving only what it needs: Anthropic and other AI model providers (drafting and recommendations), Stripe (payments), Mailgun (email delivery), Railway (hosting and databases), and Tavily and ScrapingBee (search and retrieval of public pages). If you connect an integration, its credentials are stored encrypted and used only on your instruction. Beyond that, we disclose personal information only if the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of our clients and our company.
How we protect it
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed. Integration credentials are encrypted at rest. Production access is limited to the people who operate the service, administrative changes are logged, and we take routine backups. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you promptly and plainly.
Retention and deletion
We keep client data while the engagement is active, and afterward only as long as legal, billing, or security obligations require. Demo-form inquiries are kept only as correspondence. Email us any time for a copy of your data or its deletion.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from any email, correct your information by telling us, and request export or deletion of your data. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws like the CCPA or GDPR; we honor reasonable requests regardless of where you live.
Cookies
The marketing pages set no advertising or analytics trackers. Signing in to the platform uses a session cookie to keep you signed in, and the product stores small conveniences (like your theme and unsaved drafts) in your browser.
Children
PAiR is a business service for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will say so here and tell clients by email or in the product before the change takes effect.
